Myoglonin

Specificity ａnd Comments:

Myoglobin is a cytoplasmic, single chain polypeptide of 153 amino acids ａnd contains a single haem group. Myoglobin is found in skeletal ａnd cardiac muscle but not in smooth muscle ａnd functions as an oxygen transporting pigment. This antibody may prove useful for the detection of tumours of striated muscle origin egrhabdomyosarcoma.

 

Species Reactivity: Human. Others-not tested.

 

Immunogen: Myoglobin isolated from human heart.

 

Supplied As: Purified antibody fraction from rabbit anti-serum. Prepared in 10mM PBS, pH 7.4, with 0.2% BSA ａnd 15mM sodium azide.

 

Known Applications:

Immunohistology (Acetone-fixed frozen ａnd formalin/paraffin)

*(No special pretreatment is required for the immuno-histochemical staining of formalin/paraffin tissues.)

 

Positive Control: Skeletal muscle

 

Cellular Localization: Cytoplasmic

 

Suggested Working Dilutions:

Immunohistology: 1:200-1:400 (60 minute at RT)

The optimal dilution for a specific application under a given set of experimental conditions should be determined by the investigator.

 

Storage ａnd Stability: Store vial at 4/C. 

 

Important Note:  Every time before you open the vial, we recommend briefly centrifuging the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container＇s cap because small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment ａnd storage.

簡(jiǎn)介：肌紅蛋白是一類胞漿蛋白，具有一條鏈共153個(gè)氨基酸，只有一個(gè)血紅素結(jié)合簇。肌紅蛋白存在于骨骼肌、心肌但平滑及不含。它的功能是攜帶運(yùn)輸氧。該抗體可能在檢測(cè)某些具有條紋肌起源的腫瘤中有應(yīng)用價(jià)值，例如橫紋肌肉瘤。

 

特異性反應(yīng)：人，其它未測(cè)試。

應(yīng)用： 免疫組化學(xué)(冰凍、丙酮固定；福爾馬林固定，石蠟胞埋)(福爾馬林/石蠟組織免疫組化染色無需預(yù)處理)。

 

陽性對(duì)照：骨骼肌。

 

細(xì)胞定位：胞漿。

 

推薦工作液：免疫組化 (1:200 -1:400，室溫60分鐘)。最佳工作濃度由實(shí)驗(yàn)者摸索而定。

 

儲(chǔ)存條件： 4°C

 

注：每次開瓶前，建議短時(shí)間離心，因少量液體沾在瓶蓋上。
